Cask [ gravity ] at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dusty - keller, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. 120908

EBF2008. It’s a slightly hazy, warm golden beer and the aroma has notes of malt and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, dry citrus and fruit.

A moderate start on the last day at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen 08. 100ml from cask at the British Pavillion. Clear, golden with a few bubbles on the top. Light floral to the nose. Satisfying taste of orange blossom hops. Gentle, dry hop ending. Quaffable (14.09.2008).

Cask at the EBF, Copenhagen. Session ale with a little bitter bite, I’d like a pint of this with food. But it is not overwhelming in any way.
