All those people who give bland products like Ice Lagers a score of 0.5 should really try something as foul as this to realise that bland is still drinkable. Third world lagers can be so offensive as to be genuinely revolting rather than simply tasteless. I don’t know what this is made out of, and I really don’t care. One thing is for certain, I am not putting any more of this abomination in my body. johndoughty (2168), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 23, 2004 A strange cardboard flavour was present which was quite distracting. The bottle claims that it has won a lot of medals at various beer exhibitions.Perhaps for being different especially if you are a cardboard fan. chriso (4851), London, Greater London, England
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Jun 30, 2004 Dull gold colour, dull malt aroma (with plenty of adjunct evident - rice?) , dull flavour and dull thin mouthfeel. Dull in fact. No hop presence at all. Poor stuff. Mine was called "Bombay Beer" and 4.9%, but I’m assuming it is basically the same stuff. Hardly worth setting up a new entry for anyway. It may have pilsener in the name, but no way is this a pilsener - more like a typical, hot climate pale lager. 650ml bottle from Tesco. BBEJuly 2004.
