Medium head with decent head retention and lacing. Aroma is sweet floral hop notes along with some earthinees. Caramel and candied fruits also. Taste is toasted malts with heavy earthy, herbal hops. Ginger comes through very strongly along with lots of pepper and other herbs. As the beer warms, lots of vanilla nd wood notes show up. Medium bodied. Very dry.
