Looked good from the pour but lacked major flavor. Not sweet at all! Watery and weak. Some faint roasted flavors of coffee and soba noodles. What? this stuff failed.

Bottle. Clear brown coloured with a beige head. Light roasted aroma of ruits with notes of overriped fruits. Acidic flavour of prunes and liquorice with light roasted notes.

Thanks to the wife for picking this up as part of my anniversary present. Poured black, thin head faded quick and complete. Aroma faintly roasty, with a twang. Flavor matched, roasted notes, a twang, a bit of milk chocolate. Fairly light bodied. Interesting, but not great.

A pitch black beer with a slight brown shine, telling that it is hazy, and with a thin brown head on top. The flavor is very lightly sweet, while the flavor is sweet with a roasted character, and a slightly dry end. The body is thin. I think this should be listed as a milk stout rather than a sweet stout. Thanks KP.

Dark brown color with a small head on top. Sweet and cherry nose. Sour milk taste - interesting.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, reddish brown with a light brown head. Aroma of sweet and lightly burned malt. Medium body with some roasted malt and notes of sour milk. No real bitterness. 160806

Bottle thanx to Ungstrup. Black colour with a small beige head. Sour milk aroma and taste, strange. Medium body with a sour finish.

Bottle. Dark mahogany under a thin light brown head - no retention or lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee with a hint of chocolate. Flavor was more in line with a watery and weak smoked porter than a sweet stout. Roasted malt, coffee, vanilla and a weak layer of hops. Very watery - especially for a stout of this type - and thin mouthfeel.
