| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 22, 2009 Bottle. Pours a copper color with reddish pinkish hues. Almost shimmering. Mild aroma, not picking up too much here. Taste was pretty dull, some sweetness, the sushi chef at seabar said he could taste the red rice & gave me a pretty cool history on red rice vinegar. Interesting but not not too complex. Drinkable & would have again topherh (943), Kearney, Missouri, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 14, 2009 This beer is a clear golden color with a medium white head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing near the top of the glass. Toasted malt, grain and a bit of medicine and olives in the nose. Light body with flavors of citrus, rice and grain. Dirty martini notes in the taste too. The finish is grainy with a short malty aftertaste. Not terrible, but I couldn’t enjoy it much.
