On tap at Q-Brick in Osaka. Glowing red color with a lacy head. Lovely. Ruch aroma of malt, cramel, some fruit and chocolate, biscuits. Fruity flavor with a bit of caramel, rich malt. Slightly sweet, but with a dry finish that is original and different (from the rice?). Dark fruits and cherry in there too. Dry overall, but not a hoppy dryness. Interesting and better than expected.

Sampled at the Alexi Distributors event at Limelight. Thanks Jim Bird! Hazy light golden pour with a thin white head. Acidic, tart, almost reminiscent of a geuze. Decent substitute if you’re in the mood for a lambic I guess. Makes me wonder if this wasn’t infected based off of other people’s descriptions. It was good anyways, but expensive.

Bottle, reddish orange color. I couldnt get much out of the aroma. Heavy carbonation with apple juice and I guess rice undertones. I am not too impressed with this especially since I thought I paid alot for it.

Light blood orange colored pour. Lovely appearance. First rate aroma too. Floral hops, a little yeast, sweet malt, and a touch of citrus. It looks and smells a little better than it tastes. There is a flavor of malt, hops, peppers, and sweet whole grain rice. A very interesting brew.

Bottled at Monks Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Pours out in a deep hazy reddish amber colour with a rich sticky white foam. Rounded aroma of neutral yeast, jasmine and cookies. Medium-bodied with notes of jasmine rice, tangerine, mild yeast and crackers. Smooth mouthfeel with a gentle carbonation. Long rounded finish of jasmine and neutral yeast with touches of mandarin. Well-made, exotic and charming bu nott a beer for large quantities in a drinking session. Still unique.

Bottle thanks to MrBunn. Light aromas of Maybe apples and grain. Flavor is rather nondescript.....maybe light grain flavor. A little bitter at the end.
