| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 17, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hay orange with a creamy and off-white head. Yeasty, caramel and mild fruity aroma. Light liqourice/spice note to a creamy and caramelish base flavour with a light belgian yeast touch, quite nice if it wasn’t for a mild rubber-like note following before and slight into the finish. Either it is the red rice or this one has a mild infection too. Certainly drinkable though. omhper (12247), Stockholm, Sweden

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 23, 2003 Hazy light amber; great nutty aroma (i guess that's the red rice) with evaporated milk and soap nuances, neither of which is unpleasant in the slightest. Hint of phenols detected. Unique nutty, slightly fruity (lemon, longan, rambutan) palate with almond skin notes appearing late. Light, appetizing finish. 8.5%?? Are you sure? Wins points for uniqueness. argo0 (6964), Washington DC, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 31, 2006 (33cl bottle) Huge white foam dissipates to more tolerable levels fairly quickly, revealing a hazy apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, spicy, some funk, strawberry, light milk, watermelon. Taste is mild sweet, lemon sour, some strawberry, light milk. Light-medium body, somewhat acidic, alcohol very well hidden. hopdog (5607), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 26, 2005 11.2oz (330ml) bottle. Poured a medium and hazy goledn color with an averaged sized white head. What is that aroma and taste. I know I know it but I can’t nail it down 100%. I’m thinking red rice vinegar, but the name may be throwing me off. Could also be strawberry lemonade or olive juice. Definitely has a light sour and tart finish (I’d call it a sweet then sour). There’s also some flowers, wood, and citrus in there. Very different. I enjoyed the experience.
