Bottle. I’m impressed. I was not expecting much from this Japanese beer. Nice aroma. Taste like a nice witbier. Very carbonated, careful it will overflow. Highly recommended.

Bottle courtesy of Miver: Poured a yellow with white hazy notes color ale with a large siz4e foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of spices is dominating with some particularly nice notes of coriander. Taste is a mix between some great wheat malt notes with a nice overly present mix of spices which included coriander and orange peel for sure. Minimum filtration provided a great body with good carbonation. Very well done for a style that is too often dismissed as bland.

Pours a hazy pale yellow color with lots of yeast particles floating around. Aroma is orange peel, lemon, and coriander. Taste is of orange rind and pulp, coriander and lemonade. The palate is a bit tangy and acidic for my liking, but overall it’s a good brew.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, lemon yellow color with a soapy white head. Aroma is citrus, coriander and slight vegetable. Flavor is dominated by malt and a vegetable flavor with strong side notes of orange, clove and coriander.

A very good benchmark for all witbiers. Nothing over compensates in this brew. Interesting coriander, lemon, and subtle spice interact with a yeast base. Nose and mouth are similar. Leaves a nice clean finish. Impressive.

11.2 ounce bottle in pint glass. Very cloudy and pale orange with lasting flat head and some lace. Strong coriander and mild citrus aroma. Very citrusy tart fruit flavor with strong coriander spice and unpleasant bitterness, maybe from the nutmeg. Medum-light body and medium-high carbo. I dunno. I like a sweet and mildly spiced white beer. This is tart and bitter.

Bottle. aroma of Ivory soap, pine, perfume, cut flowers. Quite fragrant. Pours a bright, cloudy yellow with a very thin white head. Lots of soap notes on the tongue. Creamy wheat, orange peel and coriander. A touch of ginger and white pepper. Body is on the bigger side for a Wit. Lively carbonation. finishes with a lasting spiciness. Nice stuff!

Draught at Holic, Kichijoji, Tokyo. Cloudy pale yellow colour with a creamy white head. Spicy and perfumy aroma with a lot of coriander taste. Medium body. A decent witbier.
