Taste like a nice witbier. Very carbonated, careful it will overflow. Highly recommended. Boutip (2379), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Apr 22, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Miver: Poured a yellow with white hazy notes color ale with a large siz4e foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of spices is dominating with some particularly nice notes of coriander. Taste is a mix between some great wheat malt notes with a nice overly present mix of spices which included coriander and orange peel for sure. Minimum filtration provided a great body with good carbonation. Very well done for a style that is too often dismissed as bland. Juelze (906), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Pours a hazy pale yellow color with lots of yeast particles floating around. Aroma is orange peel, lemon, and coriander. Taste is of orange rind and pulp, coriander and lemonade. The palate is a bit tangy and acidic for my liking, but overall it’s a good brew. sirpsycho (349), Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 17, 2008 A very good benchmark for all witbiers. Nothing over compensates in this brew. Interesting coriander, lemon, and subtle spice interact with a yeast base. Nose and mouth are similar. Leaves a nice clean finish. Impressive. malrubius (1002), Valley Stream, New York, USA

Very cloudy and pale orange with lasting flat head and some lace. Strong coriander and mild citrus aroma. Very citrusy tart fruit flavor with strong coriander spice and unpleasant bitterness, maybe from the nutmeg. Medum-light body and medium-high carbo. I dunno. I like a sweet and mildly spiced white beer. This is tart and bitter. tytoanderso (1387), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
