Draught at Holic, Kichijoji, Tokyo. Cloudy pale yellow colour with a creamy white head. Spicy and perfumy aroma with a lot of coriander taste. Medium body. A decent witbier.

Bottle from BevMo Mission Valley. Poured a hazy yellow with a medium sized fizzy head. Nose was fruity with hints of orange peel, coriander, and a hint of lime?? A very clean refreshing Witbier.

Bottle in Spokane. Cloudy dark yellow. Lots of tiny sediment. Lots of carbonation maintains a light bubbly head. Spicy nose and lemon. Super bubbly mouth feel. Too bubbly. Nice flavour. A bit chalky. Lots of citrus and lemon.

[bottle] Pours a hazy golden yellow. Juicy orange aroma; peppery. Flavors are very fruity, strong ripe orange and citrus peel combined with tart wheat and spice. Finishes dry, with strong carbonation. Very good stuff.

This beer caught me off guard at first, but sure enough I fell for it soon thereafter. It is a soft pale straw color, slightly cloudy. Its not crisp, but not too creamy either. There is a unique flavor in this beer, which I think might be attributed to the yeast strain, but it is enjoyable.

It’s a style I usually do not usually appreciate, but this is a kick ass witbier. Pours hazy pale gold. Smells like smoked bacon and lemon vinagrette. Palate is light, fizzy and refreshing. The flavors are incredibly complex for this style. Spicy, bitter, and smoky. White pepper, zest, salt, smoke. Finishes dry and clean with a bitter zing. This beer has depth and complexity.

Pours pale yellow, quickly dissipating head. Citrucy aroma. Flavor is malts up fronts, orange peels at the back. Not much else to say...pretty good, but not outstanding.

this pours a milky pale yellow color with a soft white head that leaves behind a small trail of lacing. enticing aroma... it’s fun trying to figure out what everything is!... cardamon, canned OJ, bread and nutmeg burns the nostrils. very mimosa-esque flavor... tart lemon, OJ concentrate, nutmeg, coriander, peppery/spice, grassy hoppiness, ginger-like burn and dryness. dry crisp finish. spices linger in the aftertaste. full bodied. the carbonation takes it to a creamy level. this works quite well...
