Bottle. Pours hazy corn yellow, white head. Aroma is sausage, coriander, chamomile, tangerine. Flavor is the same with nutmeg, clove, slightly funky & wheaty. Reminiscent of a Jolly Pumpkin beer.

Smells lightly of sweet mikan, quite pleasant. Pours with a medium head that lasted a few moments. Appearance is hazy and white with quite a bit of carbonation. Taste is refreshing, sharp and sweet with slight hints of curry. Definitely tastes of orange peel and just a hint of coriander. Flavorful and refreshing, although there is a slight after tang of cleaning product.

Smells very strongly of citrus, quickly fades to almost nothing. Pours a hazy light yellow, almost like very watery yellow milk. Small quickly disappearing head. Taste is citrus with lots of complex spice notes, so much so it reminds me of curry. Nice and refreshing, quite light, but certainly not lacking in flavor.

Pours out just like a wit should, with a small, whispy white head that fades to a spotty film. Fruity and spicy aroma of lemon, corriander, ginger, orange peel and mild acetic and lactic acid. The flavour is not as fruity, with more emphasis on the corriander and noticable acidity. The finish is grassy and spicy. It’s supported by a thin, watery body with tingly canbonation and a crisp, dry finish. Definitely a good quencher that has great drinkability.

Fruity explosion in the aroma. Very apricot-like with subtle spice. Super light flavor, but nice.

pours gold with a slight haze. small floaters evident. light, fizzy head that quickly dissipates to a fine film. Lots a ginger on the nose. flavor following suite. this really tastes alot like ginger ale. Bought this with intention of drinking this on thanksgiving, but I never got around to it. It would’ve been nice.

Single bottle: i had this at the Ginger Man in Manhattan (subsequently I had about 3 bottles at home and have dropped its rating a bit as I liked hop-it, westmalle trappist ale, and some other belgian blondes as much or better). I think it was a bottle, it may have been a tap. lightly sweet taste, light citrus and spicy taste, very smooth, palate is complex, seems watery and creamy at the same time. The lightest tasting beer I ’ve ever had. Good flavor, but there’s not enough of it. Not quite as good as the Japanese Ale, but they are very different styles.

Bottle shared with GregClow, Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, and Jerc, courtesy of Blankboy. Nice aroma - lots of ginger and some citrus. Cloudy yellow, medium white head. Decent taste - ginger, lemon, light fizzy body - very refreshing. I wanted little more omph in the flavour, otherwise, a nice beer.
