Aug 17, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a white head. Spiced and belgian wit like wheat aroma. Mild orange fruity and citric too. Dense ginger soapy flavour, coriander sure - but there is a lot more to it, nutmeg too. Mild sweetness and light flowery wheat accent. Ends quite flowery - like eating a bouquet - a well - perhaps just a flower or two :) Different but not unpleasant.

Nov 5, 2001 Hazy tan colour, really cool ceramic glass/mug (whatever you’d call it); heavy nose - damn! All kinds of aromas here: cardamom, citrus, noble hops. The palate brings all of these plus complex earthy malt notes - this is very stylish. Both assertive and mellow at the same time - flavourful but soft enough with the malts to carry this for miles.

Aug 28, 2002 Hazy yellow body with quickly diminishing head. Cardamom dominates the aroma with citrusy undertones. Sweet and spicy citrus flavor -- quite tart, even slightly sour. Aftertaste gets a bit too sour, detracting slightly from a very solid (and rather unusual) beer.
