[bottle] Pours a hazy golden yellow. Juicy orange aroma; peppery. Flavors are very fruity, strong ripe orange and citrus peel combined with tart wheat and spice. Finishes dry, with strong carbonation. Very good stuff.

Oct 3, 2008 From bottle at Karma’s Sushi in Flagstaff. The pour was typical for the style, hazy pale straw-like color, nice initial head. The aroma was firm spices, coriander, ginger both with citrus elements underneath. The flavor was a full bodied wit with orangey notes, slight bread elements and somewhat overwhelming ginger complements alongside the traditional coriander. Being sensitive to ginger, that was the shortcoming in this otherwise well done brew.

Sep 12, 2008 750ml bottle. Cloudy orange color with small white head. Yeast at the bottom, so swirl it and pour and it’s very cloudy. Smells like citrus and yeast. Taste is citrus, spices, yeast. Nice easy drink.

Sep 2, 2008 Pours cloudy gold. Orange runs around your mouth and pulls some coriander along for the ride. I sat in a corner of a dark pub in NYC, sipping these with my coworker. It was a very hot day, and an emotional one that we were glad to get behind us. Tipping back a few of these helped ease my mind a bit. The balance of flavors was very calming on a sticky day.
