Just ZERO residual sugar. Extremely natural tasting. Unusual for any other brewer except for the wacky Kiuchi. Smells incredible; rich and full of cinnamon and a bit of leather. scraff (1946), Baltimore, Maryland, USA

Softly funked fruity vanilla aromas lay on waves of cedar toasted caramel and light swirls of dark fruit. Earthed fig and date flavors balance well on further vanilla and toasted wood-like tones. A touch of dried citrus and yeast rounds this out well. Medium bodied with zesty carbonation. Unique and very well crafted in my book… grimreeser (797), Minnesota, USA

Feels more carbonated than the head would suggest. Sweet with a bit of tart. Pwn3d (1086), Manhattan, New York, USA

Pours a gorgeous dark brown with some white head. Looks almost like Bernardus 8. Very good representation of the style, hope to try more of this soon. fishingnet (1045), Brandon, Florida, USA

Aroma of tart citrus, spicy yeast, sweet tarts, and some funk. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and a spritzy dry finish. Very good. thill25 (218), Orlando, Florida, USA

Aromas of plums, raisins, and dates. Flavor was semi-sweet, with a great tart bite...again the dark fruits were prominate along with a great blend of toasted malts and some alcohol. The mouthfeel was dry with moderate amounts of carbonation. I really enjoyed this beer and can’t wait to try it again. gunhaver (1027), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours a very murky caramel color, big fizzy white head, with tons of carbonation, and lots of lacing. Big yeasty aromas, raisin, some alcohol, caramel, clove. Flavor has a sweet tartness, some Belgian yeast, dark fruits, chocolate. Sticky mouthfeel, well carbonated, very easy drinking. Sugary sweetness works well. JohnnyJ (1344), Carlsbad, California, USA
