Schroppfy (1729), Ohio, USA Jul 6, 2008 This was an incredibly woody, cedary, cinnamony, nutmeggy beer - incredibly flavorful, very dry. Just ZERO residual sugar. Extremely natural tasting. Unusual for any other brewer except for the wacky Kiuchi. Smells incredible; rich and full of cinnamon and a bit of leather.
