scraff (1656), Baltimore, Maryland, USA Jul 2, 2008 #1600 – Deep hazed orange, thick off white head. Softly funked fruity vanilla aromas lay on waves of cedar toasted caramel and light swirls of dark fruit. Earthed fig and date flavors balance well on further vanilla and toasted wood-like tones. A touch of dried citrus and yeast rounds this out well. Medium bodied with zesty carbonation. Unique and very well crafted in my book…
