#1600 – Deep hazed orange, thick off white head. Softly funked fruity vanilla aromas lay on waves of cedar toasted caramel and light swirls of dark fruit. Earthed fig and date flavors balance well on further vanilla and toasted wood-like tones. A touch of dried citrus and yeast rounds this out well. Medium bodied with zesty carbonation. Unique and very well crafted in my book…

enjoyed at the second Stumelagram tasting ... a weird fruity bretty aroma ... quite sour bite, with a strong bitterness ... combined with a strange steel drum sweetness .... good lacing ... crazy stuff ... enjoyable and a bit insane ... a good brew to share with a couple of people, a whole bottle could be to much..

a murky caramel colored beer under a fizzy white head. cedar, oak, caramel, tangerine citrus, ginger, nutmeg. flavor is peachy and hoppy with tobacco and hints of wood. a very unique beer with a great aroma. this is awesome stuff.

Aroma is bretts - farmhouse bretts. Flavor is bitter and sour, with more emphasis on the bitter. Pours brown with brownish head. Not sure if this is a Belgian Ale - more like a Farmhouse Saison. Has a nice, fruity finish - something almost like plums or apricots.

bottle, dirty brown color, head dissolves quickly, psicy sweet and sour nose, flavor is funky like a saison, flnishes more fruity like plums , astringent
