Some chocolate aroma. Carbonation. Amber mid brown coloured and fruity with a little bitterness in a dry caramel finish.

MIldly malty and roasty aroma though mostyl neutral. Light to medium roastiness, interesting grain character with some cough syrup notes. Light cough syrup, roast finish that slightly numbs the mouth. KyotoLefty (1404), Kyoto, Japan

Pretty nice color. Not quite the opaque, pitch black of the better stouts Very thin nose. Smells a bit sweet, little hop aroma. Quite like a Japanese "black." Slight burnt, stout-like flavor, but very weak on hops and malt. Not much of the burnt taste, either. Not a terrible beer overall, quite drinkable in fact, especially for the price of about ¥156. No where near a good stout, though. Fails in that category. Not near enough flavor of any kind. harrisoni (6794), Ashford, Kent, England

Honestly not that bad for what I was expecting. Funny how you can see through the stout though ;) . Lightly sweet, light lightly chocolate, and definitely a tiny roast bitterness to the finish. First Korean beer rated too! cgarvieuk (4177), Edinburgh, Scotland

Grand Tasting @ The Halequin, Sheffield.
Pours clear brown with a small, creamy, beige head. Soft roasted aroma and lots of sweetness. Low carbonation, thin mouthfeel. Sweet, sticky, sugary flavour, some rye bread and mildly roasted. Magicdave6 (5490), London, Greater London, England
