Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A dark brown murky coloured beer. The nose has rfuit peel and some ripe cheese. There is obvious alcohol in the malty taste with rum and sherry notes. Quite pleasant but like the other Hobdens beer I had in this session, a bit odd.
