Definitely one of the leaders in making a great Belgium white beer. The flavours are great and although I have found a couple of others that rate up there with this one it will definitely reign as the original white beer. Great wheat smell and taste with hints of spice. Not quite as much fruitiness as most of the micros tend to add.

tap, bright yellow with nice white head, aroma of citrus wheat combo that is mouthwatering, wonderful citrus/spice flavor, great lasting wheat notes on palate, excellent beer.

This is the beer by which all other witbiers are judged... It’s a favorite post soccer game or mid afternoon horseshoe beer of ours... As far as witbiers go, it’s a bit thin relative to the quality of the micro wits in its price range... But the thinness goes a long way on those hot summer days...

Very nice Belgian White. The color was very yellow and took me by surprise. Small white head that slowly dissipated with occasional lacing. Nice subtle clean yeasty aroma with a bit of orange and hops. Excellent taste, primarily wheat and orange, with a bit of coriander and other spice. Coriander started to come out more on the palate near the end.

Very pale almost lemonade like pour with lots of bubbles and a nice white head. Wheaty spice with coriander and banana. Dry citrus flavor with spice and a bit of malt. Good easy to drink Sunday afternoon beer.

Bottle - Poured a very pale yellow amber in color with a small bright white head that quickly faded to a thin rim around the glass. Some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is thick with orange and coriander as well as the classic Belgian yeasts. Flavor is also quite heavy with orange, coriander and Belgian yeast. Slightly sour. Slightly over carbonated. Amazingly light colored. An excellent Wit...

This is without doubt a classic. The beer that helped revive the Belgian Wheat Beer genre. The orange peel and corriander that have become almost universal among Belgian-style Heffs are still quite noticeable and remarkable and it looks, feels and smells just like a White should. If the day is hot and your in the mood to relax its still hard to choose anything better.
