I’d suggest its the top wheat beer around. A great textured and wheat flavoured beer this one, the white cream on top is nice, followed by some fruits and wheat and yeast. I’m overall though not a big wheat beer fan, thus the lowish rating.

Bottle. Pours light with a good bubbly head. Aroma has citrus and hops.More carbonation than I usually like on the light palate, but the flavor is fun and interesting. Hints of spice, citrus, grain, and strong notes of wheat and yeast. Everything is nice and subtle but there’s a lot there. Finishes quickly. It’s refreshing and relaxing. Perfect for a party.

Picked up my 2nd 6 pack at the specialty grocery store here in Austin, Tx. If poured correctly, it should have a moderate size frothy head. A quick sniff yields of mildly sweet citrus flavor protrudes through the smooth yet hoppy aroma. This unfiltered Belgian white is best poured into a glass. Take your time and enjoy the complexity.

(Glass) Unfiltered Belgian white (Witbier), cloudy yellow colour with a nice white head. a hoppy citrus-like aroma with a slightly spiced taste, little dry finish. This is one of my favourite whites on hot summer days, because it’s very refreshing

A great summer choice. I’m partial to this beer because it’s the one that started it all for me in the world of better beers. My impression now is not as lofty but it still holds up to other whites very well. Old pastry, wet straw and light yeastiness come through in the smell. Pours hazy clear yellow with the lightest of white frothy heads. Taste is very crisp, clean and slightly spiced with the carbonation adding a dryer finish that compliments the overall character very well. There will always be a soft spot in my heart for this beer.
