| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jun 15, 2008 12oz bottle: Pours a pale yellow color with a bright white head. Faint lemon-grassy smell. Nice light, thin body. Very mild initial taste give way to a slight zesty finish. This is probably a better representation of the style than several others I like better, but definitely one of the most refreshing beers I’ve had. Airlifter (116), Shawnee, Kansas, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 14, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale straw color with a billowy white head and good carbonation. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 14, 2008 Impossibly light body with a striking resemblance to honey. The head is tall and frothy with a mildly sweet and citrusy aroma.
Flavor has prominent notes of clove, coriander, and cinnamon, ending in a light, somewhat tart finish.
Would be a wonderful pair to a ripe and mushroomy brie and thinly sliced pear. leninthedesert (112), Nevada, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 14, 2008 Great witbier...obvious notes of citrus (orange) and coriander. Light mouthfeel, very subtle tones of wheat malt...finishes a little thin, but a great beer nonetheless. Butters (1651), Virginia, USA
