Indulgence (70), Ajo, Arizona, USA Aug 29, 2008 A good macro wit beer, nothing extraordinary, but well made and very quaffable, a small quickly dieing head, flavors of mild dusty yeast effers, some citrus and herbs, and malts... easy to drink. troopie (478), USA Aug 28, 2008 Bottle. Poured cloudy yellow with foamy white head. Faint aroma of citrus, herb and bread. Light flavour, orange, cilantro, lemon and spice. Light finish, spice and hop. What I would expect of a wit. RONCOD (66), Pennsylvania, USA Aug 28, 2008 Clear yellow with a thick white head. It had a very strong clove taste with other spices in the background. Very tasty beer. BeerIndustry98 (14), , California, USA Aug 28, 2008 Erupting head forms when poured and the body settled as a ultra-light pale yellow color with a cloudy appearance. Has a bouquet of aromas of yeast, wheat, spice and fruity presence as well. It has a somewhat thick mouth feel that has a citrus tart quality, pleasant drinkability and a great proportion of wheat throughout. Finishes with a subtle badnloose (89), Springfield, Virginia, USA Aug 26, 2008 An ugly yellow color with white-as-snow head can’t distract from the excellent fruit notes and fine taste of light vanilla. Finishes very well, completely refreshing.
