Light golden color......very hazy......almost opaque. Pillowy, white head. Mild citrus aroma. Light malt taste up front......smooth mouthfeel for the style. Complex citrus back, with a slight tart finish.

Jul 8, 2008 On tap. Like good belgian whites there are banana, nutmegy and citrus flavors but this brew brings all of those flavors with a burnt complex, as if the flavors were baked in a vanilla bake.

Jul 7, 2008 On tap and served in a shaker glass. Pale lemon yellow in color with a wispy white head that leaves some very nice lace. Smells of citrus, banana, and light spice. Taste is much the same with a bit of wheat flavor. Very refreshing. Pretty good.

Jul 5, 2008 A very nice Witbier. Light color, off-white head, and a very smooth flavor that doesn’t overpower the beer like some others of large breweries. I also like how the beer has specific drinking instructions, I don’t know why, but I like when breweries/ brewers display how they feel the beer should be enjoyed.
