Oct 7, 2008 Slightly cloudy lemon yellow with a thick pillowy white head. Aroma of citrus and a little bread. Flavor is smooth, light, and refreshing. Perfect for summer.

Oct 5, 2008 Pours a pale yellow with a decent head. Smell is lemon, coriander, and orange peel. The taste is a little sour for a belgian white, but all around really enjoyable. The mouthfeel is clean and soft. All around a great beer!
