Feb 27, 2006 Bottled. Clear amber, minimal head. Fruity aroma with some spun sugar. Sweet with soft mouthfeel. The dominant flavour is canned pineapple in syrup. In the end it’s too sweet for me.

Apr 8, 2005 Orange color, chunks of yeast, big frothy head. Cream, citrus and some hops in the aroma. Tart. Raspberry-like flavor with hops and just a bit of fruity sweetness and citrus. Some hops, resulting in a light bitter and citric aftertaste. Very likeable Belgian ale.

Jan 12, 2003 Very nice nose: lactic acid as with an aged blendingbeer, at the same time an impression as of diacetyl, but really restrained; also something flowery.
Colour light pale, lacy head.
Taste : biscuits, but also an impression of a very sweet liquour - not quite succeeded. Very smooth palate, with another lactic impression in the aftertaste.
Very strange imbalance with the nose and finish vs. the actual taste. As if something failed to work out in the formula. Blending is more than probable, seen the brewer.
