Draught, Hofbrau Miami. Light-filled bright golden. Thick off-white head. Fresh grain, grassy hop aroma. Quaffable but spiky mouthfeel. Decent, straightforward. Balanced with good hop character. When it’s fresh and bright and at it’s best it’s a 3.8 but it’s not always so.

Oct 1, 2008 Chewy malts and grain. Quite thick. Pale colour with little head. Lots of depth with some metallics at the back end. Grippy.

Sep 30, 2008 Clear yellow with a small head. Large carbonation bubbles. Smooth taste that is slightly bitter. This beer matches the style perfectly.
