[eyes] Yellow brilliant with good white head [nouse] floral and fruity, cereal... [mouth] fresh, gentile carbonation the flavor is light too...

Big offwhite head. Yellow body with carbonation. Light mealy malty apple aroma. Dry watery chalky milky taste with grainy straw notes. Sharpish mouthfeel. Some acidity. Thin-bodied. No off tastes, but too thin and harsh for my taste. (0.5l bottle at Biergarten am Chinesischer Turm, München.)
