Rich golden colour with thick white head that turns to a thin film. Malt aroma with a touch of toffee sweetness. Sweetness also in the taste which is balanced by a citrus edge in the finish. Pissy greeny yellow. Creamy aroma, touch of asparagus says Phil, artichoke says Anna. Pleasant hoppy body, builds up over time - seems to be whole hersbrucker or similar, with its sticky flowers. There is also some paperiness. Simple malty body. No hint of alcohol at all. Refreshing lager. g2bfry (49), San Diego, California, USA Dec 14, 2008 Somewhat pale gold with a short white head. Sweet malty honey aroma. Medium-full body with plenty of carbonation. A brown sugar malt tone mixes with herbal hops that surface more at the end leaving a dryness on the palate. Molasses malt flavor is left faintly on the tongue after hops have slowly diminished.
