| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 21, 2007 Ruby/copper colored with smaller head.wheaty spiceness on the nose, a little peppery, evidence of some seductive malts. The malts reveal themselves in a caramel toastyness, and finishes with a clovey pepper spice. Lighter bodied and finishes a little thin, but a quenching aspect is a nice touch at the end. This Hofbrau delight is really smooth and tasty, nice amber malts, rich and easy to drink, full bodied but not out there. Smooth and lovely caramel malt beer is easy to drink. Copper with a little head at first bottle pour. Lovely!! rlgk (3377), Vårgårda, Sweden
