| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 10, 2009 Green glassed bottle. Sweet malty nose leaning corny with subtle grain. Super pale yellow-golden body is a bit sickly, sudsy whitish head. Taste is malty but sickeningly sweet, light corn resolving to a much more productive sugary bread finish. Fizzy soft carbonation, light herbal bitterness, watery body. Have had much worse, but this’ll be the last of these. halfonit (480), Fall River, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 5, 2009 Pale light golden color. Aroma is mostly of floral skunked malts. Taste is mainly malts. It has, in the back end, a little honey and grapes. Leaves a little bit of a bitter aftertaste that is due to the skunked nature of this beer. Not a pleasant aftertaste. I’d have to say this seems to be the Miller of the Oktoberfest style. WakeandBake (436), Greenville, Michigan, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 2, 2009 Serving: 330 ml. bottle.
Appearance: Crystal gold color with a large, foamy, white head. The head has decent staying power and lacing.
Aroma: A good bit of euro lager, a little paper, and some floral notes. Lighter and less malt aroma than I was expecting.
Taste: Toasted malt, a bit of alcohol, some grainy sweetness, and a litter more aggressive bitterness than other Oktoberfests. This one is a little brash and rough around the edges.
Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Short, slightly sweet finish.
Overall: A little on the unrefined side and a little light in the flavor department when compared to it’s peers. Easy drinking and okay, just not the best example of style.
Rebuy: No, there are better examples out there. 1010 (212), Marysville, Ohio, USA
