May 31, 2008 Bottle. Yellow pour with thick white foamy head. Big bubbles. Aroma of straw and grain. Taste of malt with a dry finish. Good on a hot day.

May 28, 2008 Bottle. 12 fl. oz. Clear, golden yellow color with ordinary white head. Aromas of sweet malts and some grain. Light bodied with a soft texture and a dry finish. Flavor is lightly sweet to start, then a lightly hopped, dry bitter end. Nothing wrong here, just nothing to brag about. If anything, I could definitely drink a lot of this.

May 15, 2008 Draught, Hofbrau Miami. Light-filled bright golden. Thick off-white head. Fresh grain, grassy hop aroma. Quaffable but spiky mouthfeel. Decent, straightforward. Balanced with good hop character. When it’s fresh and bright and at it’s best it’s a 3.8 but it’s not always so.
