Not a special beer, but has its place. Light in color and flavor, a decent choice as a palate clenser on a hot day or with spicy food.

Bottle. Gold with a white head. Aroma of hay, sweet malt and grassy hops. Medium carbonation and easy to drink, the flavours were of sweet malt, grass and grain. Finish was moderately bitter. Good.

yellow body with a white head.aroma is spice,hay,malts,and a slight fruit finish.flavor does much of the same.mouthfeel for a "lager" type beer is medium.

Rated 7/29/07. Draft at Hofbräuhaus in Las Vegas, NV. Translucent golden body with a huge white head that leaves behind excellent lacing. Much like the Hofbräu Dunkel, this beer has a fruity, floral, yeasty smell. The flavor is grainy, with straw and hay laying the groundwork for light floral highlights. The body is thin and watery, making it easy to drink but not particularly appealing. It is what it is, a simplistic session beer.

bottle .5l. is this the same stuff i drank by the liter in munich. slight skunky aroma. minimal white head. clear straw pour. light texture slightly bitter.
