Cerveja alemã - Aroma muito bom de lúpulo, espuma brana e presente. Coloração dourada - uma loira. Gosto amargo do lúpulo, retrogosto também amargo. Encorpada. Bem carbonada, refrescante. Muito boa.

Excellent beer and pehaps my favorite "big" brewery in Gemany. This and the dunkel are great high quality lagers. This is a very acidic and hoppy pale lager. Not a dortmunder like this page claims. Very Good.

This beer had an yellow coppery colour with a light head. The aroma was quite strong, with some crisp hops, citrus fruit and malt. The taste was crisp with moderate hops and some orange grainy malt sweetness. It had a short bitter finish. This was a fairly simple style but showed clean, crisp, fresh flavours.

Clear golden, medium fluffy head. Grainy, hayish malt aroma with some herbal hops. Medium to light in body, with prickly CO2. Well balanced with a good bitterness in the finish. There is a slight sourness that keeps this one from being a really good helles.

Pours golden in color with a thin white head. The aroma is malty with hints of grain. The taste is just like a pilsener. Very easy to put down.

I enjoyed this beer. Aside from the slightly sour aroma it’s a very refreshing brew. Flavor is well balanced and slightly favors sweetness. It won’t wow you with its complexity, but this beer is a solid choice, especially during these summer months.
