Mainly malty nose with fruity hints of lemon and pineapple, grassy notes of hops as well. Fresh, malty taste with grassy hops in a rather dry, medium bitter finish with hints of citrus somewhere at the end. Rather uncomplicated, but very drinkable German lager. faroeviking (6118), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 5, 2007 Draught at the brewery. Golden with a nice big frothy white head that is mostly lasting. Fresh hoppy aroma with good malts. Flavour is fresh, bit dryish, good hoppiness and maltiness, slightly yeasty. Long finish, a bit bitter. Great brew. graham515 (430), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 31, 2007 Very fresh aroma. Pours a very pale gold with a thick white head. Smooth and silky on the palate and very refreshing. Weaker on the hops than its pilsener rival, but none the less a great brew IrishBoy (2718), Bakersfield, California, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 29, 2007 Draught at MacKinley’s Inn, Stockholm. Clear pale golden, average head. Buttery malt aroma. Medium sweet. Pleasantly malty with medium body. Malt driven, but some grassy hops are there. Dense, rounded mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Typical Munich style solid, unadventurous offering. sfontain (506), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 22, 2007 12 oz bottle easily just overfills a 16 oz tumbler with about 4.5 oz of head; pale golden. Aroma bready with slight green bottle skunk. Flavor also bready malts; lightly metallic; surprisingly noticeable dry hop finish; hint of cardboard; lingering hop finish. Thin body. Reasonable for the style, but a poor beer overall. Slayer85 (585), Firenze, Italy
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 18, 2007 Updated: Jan 20, 2007Bottled. A pale blonde beer, with an average head that disappears quickly. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of bread and cereals. Also the flavour is very malty with only a light hop presence in the finish. Medium body and not much aftertaste. A refreshing and easy drinking lager. RollinHard (761), Fort Worth, Texas, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 17, 2007 Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma of pennies, and some light grain. Taste is thankfully less metallic and pretty easy going. Finishes with a nice bitterness. Nothing all that great, but my experience with it was okay.
