Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma of pennies, and some light grain. Taste is thankfully less metallic and pretty easy going. Finishes with a nice bitterness. Nothing all that great, but my experience with it was okay.

Bottle: poured into pint glass and the head was nearly overwhelming the cup. Once the head settled a bit and I could get to the beer, it was not as I expected. A bit watery to be honest and not much else. It finished well, but could have used a bit more punch.

Gold with a frothy and long lasting head. Honey, apples and hay aromas. Slick and crisp and off dry with a mout coating hops finish. Good example of a german lager.

Refreshing, but nothing else. I took a couple of sips of this beer and was very disappointed. I found it not much better than large production lagers.

Bottle: Relativly dark, rich, golden color for style. Lots of white head. Hops (pine) and malts (sweet bread) present in aroma. Caramel malts hit at first in the mouth, then some honey and creamyness follow. Mild amount of hops finish it off. One can note the slight alcohol along with the sweet breadyness in the lingering finish. A medium bodied beer, with dencent malty notes, but still rather "eh."

Malty nose, easy drinking yet has a bitter bite. Found some metallic tones also. Quite close to a pils even tho it’s a munchner, or a dortmunder?

Slightly malty, and slight hop bite. Dry palate, not a very good finish. Very light in flavor and mouthfeel, but I think thats what they were going for. This would be better on the boat docks. Quenching. A decent brew.
