I assumed this was a pilsener and while I noticed the hops, it’s a lot less bitter than expected. Has a nice balance and finishes well. A good one for a hot, summer day. garrison (456), Cin. city, Ohio, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 15, 2006 From a twelve ounce green (YIPES!) bpttle purchased at the Western Hills Krogers - This one pours a golden (not
orange, Stueyd), effervescent brew with a tall, quickly diminishing white head and a bready aroma with slight citrus note. Well, this is pretty much just another Eurolager to me, albiet a good one... NOW GET RID OF THE FREAKING GREEN BOTTLES! StueyD (590), King’s Lynn, Norfolk, Norfolk, England
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 12, 2006 Golden to orange coloured beer with a frothy white head. The nose is light, but abundant in citrus hops, there is some cereal, biscuity malt in the background. The taste is slightly dry, with loads of hop flavour, a little tinny perhaps! There is a hint of biscuity, cereal malt towards the end. (Draught, by the mass(!) - @ the Hofbräuhaus, Munich, Germany). DanielBrown (1919), Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, England

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 5, 2006 Bottle. Bright gold with white head. Tangy malt nose with some faint grassy hops in the background, along with some lemony notes. Clean, smooth, slightly-sweet malt palate, with a bit of a sour aftertaste, all without being watery. Tasty, and real drinkable. oh6gdx (8917), Vasa, Finland

Clear golden color, small white head. Grainy malty aroma, a bit papery. Malty, clean and balanced, but quite uninspiring (although solid) dortmund/helles. Some grassy notes in the finish. JoeMcPhee (5010), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 31, 2006 12 oz bottle. Golden beer with a thick white head. Very fresh malty character (surprising given the source and the green bottle). Very bready with some soft toastiness. Flavour is sweetly malty but has a beautiful floral hop flavour on the back. Toast and flowers linger for a long time throughout. Very clean tasting, light minty quality. Really surprisingly good.
