| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 8, 2009 Usually sink bottles of this in the German pubs in Hahndorf. Using a glass it pours see through gold, not much head, dissipates after a few minutes. Aroma of hops, some skunk but thankfully not too much. Great crisp hop taste, with a touch of cinnamon, nice clean dry finish. Perfect textbook German lager, nothing crazily good about it but it’s totally consistent. Great session beer. Excellent. jrallen34 (123), Chicago, Illinois, USA

pours awesome, tastes awesome... a pleasure to sell as a bartender - drink this in a liter mug... for realz. awesome classic lager. it’s not like mind blowing or anything - but you know, neither was The Last Crusade - and you’d watch that shit over and over.
