Hoppy aroma starts out somewhat acrid, then turns to a typical yeasty sweet.
Sweet and yeasty hefeweizenesque flavor. Fruity. Some mild flowery hops.
Very smooth and refreshing. Delicious. Hanna (10), Turku, Finland

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 18, 2005 Bottle. Light banan and clove. Some lightly toasty caramel sort of flavours happening, finish is quite crisp, and a little empty. Not the best dunkelweizen, but i’d take this over a lot of others i’ve had. Drinkable. caesar (3034), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands

Aroma of caramel malt, some rye, bit yeast and wheat. Crispy taste of caramel malt, wheat and some rye. Nicely balanced dunkelweizen, but it’s just not spectacular.
