Darker brown coloured beer with an average off-white head and some light carbonation. Light roasted, malty herby (coriander) touched aroma. Full malty palate. Finish is malty, light roasted herby touched. Weisse with a caramel roasted touch. Not bad.

Big pour w/ a gigantic head served in a huge glass. Hints of bananna and clove common to the style, more spice than normally scene here and some pretty good carbonation visable and tasted. Pours a light cloudy brown color. Avg to abv average mouth feel. Decent flavor, easy to drink.

Bottled, back at the Viktualienmarkt. Wood, pepper, clove and banana aroma. Dry, peppery banana fruit and lingering Digestive. Fizz, slight butter, bags of clove. Quite a spicy dunkelweizen, but one’s enough for now.

Bottle@Helsinki Beer Festival 2008. Hazy darkish brown color, huge lasting head. Taste is very similar to HB’s regular weisse, but with a touch of smoke.
