Another great example of German Hefe Weizen. Sweet & fruity but not too much. Great banana nose, light in body, great flavor. A perfect beer for summer.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is the usual German hefeweizen aroma of banana, clove, and wheat grain, though fairly restrained. Flavor is similar, with a bit more on the grain and yeast sides than the banana or spice. Pretty good, if a bit light.

[Draft @ Hofbrauhaus, Las Vegas] Poured a hazy golden color with a large white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, banana, light clove, and buttercream. Taste of banana, light vanilla, wheat, citrus, and a smooth finish. Creamy mouthfeel.

Pours slightly cloudy golden with a small frothy white head. Slight fruity aroma, with a bit of yeast. Flavor follows aroma well. Not bad, not great.

bottle, label reads Hofbrau Munchen Hefe Weisse, no head to speak of, this is not good for a hefe, maybe old? cloudy yellow color, mild banana on the nose, clove and banana flavors, a little flabby finishing

Off amber color lightly cloudy big white head. Sweet aroma full of german yeastiness... some light breads and a hint of bananna. Avg pal. Flavor was pretty traditional hefe... wheat bread, light clove and bananna hidden under some heavier grains.. Pretty decent.

Poured a cloudy yellow with HUGE head. Yeasty sweet aroma. Taste was nothing to write home about. A typical hefeweizen.

Draught, Miami Hofbrauhaus. Bright yellow with thick head. Gorgeous. Could not leave a finer lace. Aromatic, bright fruit. Banana. Fennel. Coriander. Thins out in finish. Food brings out its hop flavors. Lovely hefeweizen experience.
