Straw and slight pepper & earth aroma. Golden color; Small but long lasting head. Slight amber malts, wheat, light floral hops and spice, subtle honey, cloves, pepper, citrus, banana notes. Creamy and easy to drink; no significant flaws. I’m drinking it from a bottle now in California but I’ve had it in Germany on tap and it’s tasty there also.

Bottle, as Hofbräu Münchner Weisse. Pours a hazy, orangey yellow with a decent, white head. Citrusy, mostly orange, aroma with coriander and wheat. The flavor starts with citrus and coriander, but soon banana joins in. Finishes citrusy and slightly spiced. Medium body. Nice and refreshing, but there’s nothing more to it. (071013)

Very carbonated, propbably artificially so, A light golden yellow color, tons of foam. A really good, earthen mineral aroma. Bland wheat flavor. Nice mouthfeel

purchased at puget sound wine cellar in port orchard, washington. brown pint bottle pours a semi-cloudy golden-yellow with a two finger white fluffy head. smell is sweet, wheat, citrus, bit of banana in the background. taste is crisp, yeast, wheat, a lot more citrus flavor than the typical german hefe. i quite like this beer, really nice, smooth and refreshing.

Bottle. Slightly skunky malt nose, touch of sweetness. Yellow pour with a fluffy head. Nice flavor, lots of citrus with a touch of honey and banana. Okay palate, a bit on the thin side.

Coppery nose with spicy cloves and coriander, bubblegum, and banana behind it. Slightly sour taste of banana, cloves, yeast on a watery palate. Finishes the same. Flat all around. Had potential.
