| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 2, 2006 The aroma fits into the Hefeweizen style but it’s too weak. The bananas and cloves and very subdued and what you get is mostly water and malt. The appearance is gold with a light haze and a medium sized head. The flavor has some bubblegum and bananas with a touch of spice. The malt taste is huge and carries over into the finish. The palate is thin. Overall it’s a really average Hefeweizen. redlight (1475), Winter Park, Florida, USA

Very good flavor. Perfectly balanced. It tastes of sweet malt, wheat, and specially banana and vanila. Very nice mouthfeel and good sweet malty finish. A pleasure to drink. cheapdark (2017), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA

Looks lively but is only average carbonation. Very smooth start and finish with very little, if any, bitter aftertaste. Nice and clean. fonefan (11525), VestJylland, Denmark

Cloudy, orange yellow color with a frothy white head. A strong wheaty aroma, with an exotic fruit smell, of bananas in particular. the taste is wheaty and the exotic fruit element of banana, papaya and mango! The finish is slightly sweet and malty. UselessGdTaste (363), Long Beach, California, USA

This one was pretty carbonated. Nose is day old bread with thinly sliced banana aboard. Flavors are thin and marginally available to the taste buds. Not unpleasent, but hardly anything I would seek out again.
