Sep 3, 2004 Golden cloudy body with a white long lasting puffy head. Yeasty aroma with hints of clove. Citric flavor but rather neutral. Light sourness at first take, a bit watery at the finish. A refreshing hefeweizen close to the belgian whites, but dull in comparison to other germans hefes.

Aug 24, 2004 Dark gold, lightly carbonated with a big tight white head. Musty aroma with a touch of clove. Citrus/wheat flavour. Not bad for a wheat beer, but not my bag baby.

Aug 19, 2004 Tap at Bavarian grill in Plano. Pours a hzy dark yellow with a fluffy white head. sweet watery leafy smell. taste is bitter at front that melts into a banana clove taste. has an oily/watery mouthfeel.

Jul 19, 2004 Cloudy hazy pale yellow color, with a small white head that doesn’t stick around. Light banana-clove aroma, light wheaty, yeasty flavors, very light in body, somewhat watery mouthfeel, finishes too sweet, bland and uninteresting, not very much going on here.
