Apr 6, 2003 Bottled. Pale orange, cloudy and lively. Very lightly estery, a hint lemon aroma. Mellow, thin body. Soft honeyish finish. One of the worst German examples of the style.

Cloudy, orange yellow color with a frothy white head. A strong wheaty aroma, with an exotic fruit smell, of bananas in particular. the taste is wheaty and the exotic fruit element of banana, papaya and mango! The finish is slightly sweet and malty.

Sep 6, 2005 Bottle. Hint of banana aroma. Colour is hazy, greyish dark copper. Small white head. Quite refreshing. Flavour is quite acidic compared to other hefes. Also thinner mouthfeel than expected. The acidity is quite nice.
