Love this style beer. Took a shot in the dark in selecting a single bottle of this brew this beer from the local beer and wine superstore. Was very pleasantly surprise.
Appearance and aroma is very typical (this is a good thing.) Cloudy light orange color. Billowy white head. Yeasty aroma.
The taste was wonderful. Pleasantly sweet with just a touch of sourness. Silky mouthfeel and a smooth clean finish.
Exceptionally drinkable. Very solid. heavy (869), Split, Croatia

Nice Weizen aroma, pleasantly milky and spicy with some bubblegum. Flavor was lemony, yeasty and pleasantly rounded with biscuit malt. Misses banana for full weizen impression. Medium creamy body. Strange, but not too prominent sourness in the finish, which was otherwise pleasantly sweetish. Not bad, but has those few flaws. Pleasant anyway. bw1982 (80), , Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 15, 2009 Bottle. Pours a very hazy golden color, good size off-white head. Aromas are nice, lots of wet cereal and a little fruit. Flavor is actually quite sweet, again with the cereal, some banana and some spiciness. I enjoyed the balance as well as the thickness, it was pretty thick for a Hefeweizen. Overall a little bit sweet, but the balance is pretty good and it’s worth a try. The nose is close to the typical hefeweizen fare, lactic, nearly chalky, some gluey banana, a bit spicy too. The taste is quite lactic, yoghurty really. Some lemon and banana, dry, unimpressive overall because of some light acidic notes that don’t fit at all. Ok really but not one of my all-time favorites. inbirraveritas (56), Budapest, Hungary

Hazy pale amber colour, medium and quickly collapseing head, average carbonation.
Smell of yeast/banana/fruit. Sharp/light-sourish taste. Fruity, watery flavour, in the middle mild mouthfeel, medium body.
Light-bitter finish.
Good drinkable, average Hefeweizen. weihenweizen (47), West Virginia, USA

Pours a nice hazy bright golden color with a fair white head. Taste is banana, skunk and some clove. Boo. This is the worst german hefeweizen I have had. lithilorn (185), Covilhã, Portugal
