May 30, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a lacing white head. Light cornish aroma yet not overly sweet. Light spiced hoppy and mild cornish flavour. Ends light spiced and mild cornish and shows a light sweetness.

Apr 11, 2008 thanks SpringsLicker for this one. A clean gold pour with a white head and lace. Aroma of wet paper and almost honey. Flavor of light corn with a nice finishing bitter. Good solid palate. Clean crisp drinker. Nice finishing bitter stands out as best characteristic.

Pours a clear medium gold with a long lasting, tall, white sticky head.
Honey malt, grain, citrus hops.
Smooth, slightly sweet with a subtle yet firm hop bitterness underneath.
Very drinkable.

does not count  Dec 27, 2007 Bottle. Fantastic golden color and flavor. A rich taste that consists of all the elements of living in Eichstätt. Sweet, but with hint taste of bitterness and grain.
