May 15, 2008 Bottle, 4.9%. Yeasty aroma, some mold, but not past BB date. Grey yellow colour with some floaties. Small white head. The flavour is not very fresh either, I wonder if it has been kept properly. A bit vinous flavour, some yeast, slightly citric.
