I had this beer many years ago at one time when I was too lazy and stupid to write my thoughts. I will update this as soon as I get my hands on this beer again.

Ordinary looking hazy dishwater grey yellow brown with small white short lasting head. Moderately mild bready malt and floral lemon honey aroma. Medium malty sweetnes, light herb, low bitter bohemian pils like flavours. Weak caramel and artificial sweet finish. Not bad for a pils.

My bottle is labeled 5.0% ABV, bit strange. Pours clear light amber with good white bubbly head. Decent malty caramel aroma with a nice spicy hop smell there too. Slightly watery feel to it, though its not thin, more medium mouthfeel. Almost no initial taste, followed by a sweet slightly toffee flavour. Finish is bitter and dry (just like the bottle says!). Slight spicey/herby hop aftertaste present. Alright really. Gets an extra overall point for a funky swing top bottle.

i pretty much agree with eczematic, in terms of its character and its comparison to the wurzig mild. Quite light , with a very dry herbal bitterness towards the finish. Pretty refreshing, not overly complex and creamy like the wurzig mild, but quite satisfying, and a decent pilsener.

finally i get the wurzig herb one after liking the mild for so long and i gotta say i prefer the mild. this one reminds me a bit of altenmünster - very pale and slightly hazy, with grainy, herby aromas. at first it’s full, grainy and buttery like a hell, then goes very dry and delicately bitter. the sweet malt sticks around and turns tangy in the aftertaste a bit. a bit disappointingly watery and bland in the end. oh well.
