Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Poured yellow with white head. Aroma was skunky with honey. Flavor was sweet with florals. Not much flavor.

16.9 oz bottle. Original pour was a clear orange boy underneath a small to average size white bubbly head. Aroma was mostly malts with notes of fruit and nuts along with some grains. Flavor started off rather fruity like a fruit cake but the fruitiness settled down and more grainy and nutty notes came through towards the end. The body was rather lively with carbonation and had a fuller mouthfeel especially for a beer that is only clocking in at 5.6%. Overall an easily sessionable brew.

Tap at Ginger Man. Slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a massive stiff white head. The nose is fairly clean with a touch of soft pale malt as well as a kiss of light breadiness as well. A little bit of mustiness to the malts with a kiss of bready yeastiness. Light noble maltiness but these are quite earthy and subtle. A touch of dusty basement-type flavour. It’s a fairly rustic brew.

Pours a slightly hazy orange golden with a small froth of white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty pale malt with some grassy hops. Starts with good fullness and a light malty sweetness and good earthy bittering hops before a slightly doughy bittersweet finish. A pretty decent Kellerbier.

Bottle. Pours with a clear amber golden body and a minimal, fading white head. Aroma of grain, sweetness, cornbread, bread and a light smoke. Taste is very sweet, lightly floral with honey, biscuit, tea, and a strong bitter/astringent finish. Medium to high bubbles. Dry mouthfeel. Good.

50cl bottle at K&L. Hazy gold with a fluffy white head. The nose is very fresh, which is nice for an imported lager, giving an impression if doughy yeast and and fresh herbal hops. The flavor is bready and lightly yeasty with a nice balance and herbal hoppy finish. Pretty light in the tongue. Solid zwickelbier, not that I have much experience with them, and in great condition for an Austrian import.

Bottle 500 ml
Appearance: cloudy amber gold brew with medium white top.
Nose: fresh honey with bit fruity citrusy feel, slight earthy notes on sides. 6-
Flavor/Palate : Soft frontal textures, grainy with unfiltered feel of golden malts. Light bitter top at ceiling. Subtle and quiet drinkable. I think that this is lower hopped Keller bier rather than listed Zwickel.
