50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Copper coloured with a thin white head; rather flat in appearance; the aroma is earthy and fruity; flavours are similar, with a clean bitterness cutting through. Quite pleasant.

Dec 28, 2009 Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Chestnut colour, bit of a head. Bit watery, some biscuit malt. It’s alright, it’s a bitter that isn’t very bitter.
