anders37 (2563), Malmö, Sweden Nov 4, 2006 Partyfass. Pours a darkbrown/black colour with an off-white head. Roasted malty smokey aroma. Sweet roasted malty flavor with some smokey hints. Some hints of chocolate in the flavor aswell. Fruity malty finish. Theis (2018), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 19, 2006 Partyfass at Plan B - thanks to Ungstrup and Papsoe. Dark brown - offwhite head. Roasted, bread aroma. Taste: Roasted, berries, chokolate, fruit, yeast, sulfor, light coffee. Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 19, 2006 An unclear opaque brown beer with a huge lazing orange-brown head. The aroma is of smoke and burnt plastic on a sweet rotten meat back ground, but in a good way. The flavor has light notes of burnt plastic and smoke on a slightly acidic roasted malty back ground, but also with a boring chocolate note. The end has a light note of vegetables in the dry and bitter end. If I want a Skibsøl, I rather want the one from Refsvindinge - but I don’t know which is closest style wise. bager (2027), Copenhagen N, Denmark Oct 18, 2006 Partyfass. Hazy dark brown coloured with a rather large head. Kinda artificial with notes of rubber, metal and cardboard. Thin and uninteresting. Hildigöltur (5051), København Ø, Denmark Oct 18, 2006 Partyfaß. Dark brown coloured. Unpleasant aroma of burnt plastic and rubber. Weak burnt flavour. Light bodied. Watery. Unbalanced and unclean.
